These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "GTC") govern the contractual relations between the JED FORUM Association (hereinafter "the Organizer") and any natural or legal person (hereinafter "the Participant") wishing to participate in the events organized as part of the Entrepreneurship and Discovery Days (JED). By making a reservation, the Participant unreservedly accepts all of these conditions.
These general terms and conditions are intended to define the terms of reservation, participation and payment for all the services offered by the JED FORUM Association as part of the 3rd edition of the Entrepreneurship and Discovery Days which will be held in Rouen, France, on October 8, 9 and 10, 2026.
2.1 - Reservation methods
Reservations are made exclusively online via the reservation form available on the website. All reservations are nominative and cannot be transferred to a third party without the prior written consent of the Organizer.
2.2 - Reservation validation
The reservation is validated upon receipt of the full payment of the amount corresponding to the chosen pack. A confirmation email will be sent to the Participant at the email address provided during reservation.
2.3 - Capacity to contract
The Participant declares to have full legal capacity to commit under these conditions. In the case of a reservation on behalf of a third party, the Participant guarantees to be duly authorized to make this reservation.
3.1 - Prices
The prices of the different packs are indicated on the website in euros, all taxes included. The Organizer reserves the right to modify prices at any time, it being understood that the applicable prices are those in force at the time of reservation.
3.2 - Means of payment
Payment is made online by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via our secure payment provider. Banking data is encrypted and is not kept by the Organizer.
3.3 - Invoicing
An invoice will be sent to the Participant by email after payment validation.
4.1 - Cancellation by the Participant
Any cancellation must be notified by email to contact@jedforum.com.
• Cancellation up to 30 days before the event: full refund.
• Cancellation between 29 and 15 days before the event: 50% refund.
• Cancellation less than 15 days before the event: no refund.
4.2 - Cancellation by the Organizer
In the event of cancellation of the event for reasons beyond the control of the Organizer (force majeure, cases of force majeure, etc.), the Participant will be fully refunded the amounts paid. No other compensation may be claimed.
The Organizer strives to guarantee the smooth running of the event in accordance with the program presented on the website. However, the Organizer reserves the right to modify the program, speakers, schedules or locations of sessions if necessary, without this entitling the Participant to a refund or compensation.
6.1 - Behavior
The Participant undertakes to adopt a respectful attitude towards other participants, speakers, organizers and staff on site. Any inappropriate behavior may result in immediate exclusion from the event, without refund.
6.2 - Respect for premises
The Participant undertakes to respect the facilities and equipment made available. Any damage will be invoiced to the responsible Participant.
6.3 - Insurance
The Participant is responsible for their own insurance, particularly in terms of civil liability insurance.
The personal data collected in the context of the reservation are processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy of the JED FORUM Association. The Participant has a right of access, rectification and deletion of their personal data.
All content disseminated during the event (presentations, documents, videos, etc.) is the exclusive property of their respective authors. Any reproduction, distribution or use for commercial purposes is prohibited without prior authorization.
Photographs and videos will be taken during the event. By participating, the Participant authorizes the Organizer to use their image for promotional and communication purposes, on all media and for a period of 5 years. The Participant may object to this use by contacting the Organizer in writing.
The Organizer cannot be held responsible for the total or partial non-performance of its obligations if this non-performance is due to a case of force majeure as defined by French case law, in particular: natural disaster, pandemic, attack, strike, etc.
The Organizer reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time. Modifications will apply to reservations made after their publication on the website.
These conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing this, the competent courts will be those of the jurisdiction of Rouen.
